ICSIL a Joint venture of TCIL – Govt, of India Enterprises and DSIIDC- an undertaking of Delhi Govt, is engaged in providing various services to the citizens like Electricity bill payments, Water Bill payments, Telephone Bill Payments, etc. through its centers known in the name of “Jeevan Centers” spread across 100 places in Delhi under “Jeevan Project” ambitious e-governance initatiative of Delhi Govt, which aimed to redefine public service delivery .ICSIL has set up a Portal in the name of www.jeevandelhi.gov.in which ‘ is  the carrier of various services like Government to Citizen, Citizen to Government, and Business to Citizen services in the territory.

Tenders are invited from companies engaged in the business of Direct to Home (DTH) services for the sale of recharge coupans and new connections from Jeevan Centers on a profit sharing basis. Tenders can be submitted within 7 days from the date of the advertisement with the company profile and the profit margins along with other relevant information required for the services .

The last date of submission is 4th May 2012  by 5:00pm
