TAXES——-Rates must be inclusive of all taxes, duties, levies, cess,  fees, service tax etc

MAF——–Manufacturer’s authorization form   is required , failing which the sealed quotation  will be rejected

SERVICE TAX REGISTRATION ——–Proper Service tax registration of the firm should be there. Please attach proof for the same.

VAT REGISTRATION——-Proper  VAT  registration of the firm should be there. Please attach proof for the same.

ELIGIBILITY———The firm must have done  minimum 2  works  of Delivery, Installation, execution in any of the Government  organization/PSU/Autonomous Bodies  in Delhi. Please attach proof for the same.

DELIVERY—–Urgent Delivery within 2 Weeks.

PAYMENT  —- Advance Payment  @ 80% on back to back basis , after delivery ,installation of all items and  after submission of INVOICE , DELIVERY CHALLANS , INSTALLATION REPORTS  to  ICSIL. 20% payment of the vendor will be released after getting 20% payment from the client of ICSIL.

INSPECTION—– Post delivery inspection may be carried out by ICSIL.

SUPPLY——-Supply should be made department wise.

Rates  must be quoted  inclusive of  all transport charges , installation Charges   etc.
