CORRIGENDUM:

Following has been added/modified in the RFP:

i)    EMD has been increased to INR  10000/-(clause 3)

ii)    It’s mandatory for the bidder to submit MAF or OEM may bid directly.(added)

iii)    Bidder should be an IT/ Security & Surveillance Company dealing with sale/supply of biometric products. Bidder should attach purchase order copies placed on them directly or on its OEM from Govt. Departments/public sector/reputed private sector in last 2 years.(clause 4(v) under general conditions)

iv)    Bidder should quote for OEM having ISO certification.(added)

v)    OEM should have presence in INDIA for last 5 years and should have an office at Delhi/NCR for support.(added)

vi)    Bidder may also quote for other variants of the Bio-metric Time attendance including camera or GPRS and both with camera & GPRS. (added)

vii)    Specification biometric attendance system (s.no.1) commercial bid format. Display language English to be read as English/Hindi.
