This is with reference to EOI for Empanelment of Advocates, Published on 15-10-2015. Bidders (Law firm/Lawyers) are hereby informed that
1.      Eligibility Criteria at S.N. 2 which states that “The Advocate should have experience of practicing for not less than 10 years in Supreme Court/ High Court/ Delhi Courts and also having similar experience of handling arbitration matter.” has been amended as “The Advocate should have experience of practicing for not less than 05 years in Supreme Court/ High Court/ Delhi Courts and also having similar experience of handling arbitration matters.”
2.      The last Date for Submission has been extended upto 26th November, 2015, 15:00 hours.
All other terms and conditions mentioned in the EOI published on 15-10-2015 are unchanged.
