Reference to our enuiry dated 1 june 2011 for supply of various itmes like Desktops, printers , scanners etc..

1.Please quote only for Desktops and not for other items

2 You are requested to submit the authorization from the OEMs, being authorized partner / supplier specific to this enquiry

3. An undertaking from OEM certifying that they will provide back end support for all the products quoted

4. model No. specific to the required specification be also submitted from the OEM along with compliance certificate .

Time for submission and opening of tender is rescheduled as under :

Time of submission of bid:- 7th june 2011 by 12:00 noon

Time of opening of bid :- 7th june at 12:30 pm
