To have more competition and participation, Management has decided to make following amendments as noted below:

| ( e) | Vendor should have own scanning software. | The proposed Scanning software and Document Management System should be from same OEM |
| ( h) | Vendor should have own infrastructure (Minimum 100 Scanner and 100 Desktop, Purchase Order will be required for proofing of these) for execution of the projects.
