1. In case of failure of transaction & the amount has been debited the applicants
accounts, in this case refund will be processed using the original method of payment
within 10 working days by the bank.
2. Application fee is non- refundable.
3. In case of transaction disputes if any, the same will be settled as per prevailing RBI
Guidelines.
4. Payment gate -ways charges as applicable is also no-refundable.
5. All other terms & condition not mentioned here in will be as per the ICSIL
