Intelligent Communication Systems India Ltd.

(Joint Venture of TCIL- a Govt. of India Enterprise & DSIIDC – an Undertaking of Delhi Govt. ) requires the following manpower on the following roles and responsibilities on contractual basis, initially for a period of six months, extendable up to two years depending upon the performance:-

A) One Consultant (IT)
i) Qualifications
• Mandatory: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/Electronics/ Information Technology.
• Desirable:
• Master in Computer Science/Electronics/ Information Technology from a reputed Institute.
• Skilled in Project Management related activities.
• Knowledge of modern project management technologies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Exposure to Quality Management System activities.
ii) Roles and responsibilities
• To oversee the development of quality assurance methodologies techniques for assuring the quality of software development and Quality Management System.
• To help the Organization develop a well documented workflow structure with timely updates.
• To innovate/design/solve new business ideas and software products for the company.
iii) Experience
• Minimum 5 years of software Development , experience in multiple technologies
• At least 2 years of experience in leading a team of few software developers.
• The candidate should have worked in the role of Business Analyst/Software Analyst and should have experience in gathering client requirement and translating them into software requirement documents.

B) One System Developer cum Advisor IT
i) Qualifications
• Mandatory:
M. Tech in Computer Science/Electronics/ Information Technology
or
B. Tech in Computer Science/Electronics/ Information Technology along with MBA.
• Desirable:.
• Skilled in Project Management related activities.
• Knowledge of modern project management technologies.
• Excellent communication skills.

ii) Roles and responsibilities
• To oversee the development of software applications, system integration, requirement gathering , project planning & software designing and project execution.
• To help the Organization develop a well documented workflow structure in e-Governance projects with timely updates.
• To innovate/design/solve new business ideas in e-Governance and software products for the company.
• To help in bid process management
iii) Experience
• Minimum 10 years of software Development , experience in multiple technologies
• At least 2 years of experience in leading a team of few software developers.
• The candidate should have worked in the role of Business Analyst/Software Analyst and should have experience in gathering client requirement and translating them into software requirement documents.
• Should have experience in handling e-Governance/IT Projects in Government Organizations.

2. The contractual salary will be commensurate to qualification and experience of the candidate.
