Job Description :
• Leads a technical group on projects from establishing requirements through to implementation of the process.
• Analyze, design, write, code, test, maintain, troubleshoot and document software programs and applications.
• Responsible for all phases of projects from project planning level to project delivery and support.
• Work closely with Business Analysts and client representative(s) to understand customer requirements.
• Design information systems and software architecture as per customer requirements Install, configure, and troubleshoot software/hardware and development environment.
• Analyze and amend software errors in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide status reports where required.
• Liaise with users and/or vendor support engineers for successful development and implementation.
• Ensure adherence to quality. Follow industry best practices and standards in software development, , testing, maintenance and support.
• Responsible for timely project delivery.
• Document software specifications throughout the project life cycle and create technical documentation for all software and applications developed.
• Document all system changes/errors as per standards.
• Provide class room as well as on the job training to customer/end-users, maintaining and troubleshooting software systems.
• Mentor junior developers and other technical staff. Technical Skills
• Strong technical skills in ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server 2005/2008, XML, AJAX, Web Services.
• Design and Develop Web applications using ASP.NET, C# and Visual Studio 2005/2008/2010.
• Alternate technical skills: Java and Oracle, Open Source, PHP, Drupal, Joomla.
• Experience in integrating 3rd party APIs and Web services.
• Formal computing qualifications or equivalent work experience. Non-Technical Skills
• Have strong oral, written communication, analytical, interpersonal, and client facing skills.
• Excellent Problem Solving & Self Motivation.
• Ability to advise people at various levels on Information Technology issues.
• Motivated individual who works well alone or in collaboration with a team.

Qualifications and Criteria:
• Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Computer Science – ME/M.Tech, MSc, MCA, BE/B.Tech. , BCA.
