With Reference to the advertisement regarding Requirement of Company Secretary  published on August 14, 2014 we have the following amendment in this regard:-

Experience & Job Profile :- 1 year minimum experience in corporate sector & well versed in new Companies Act 2013.

All other terms and conditions will be same as published in the advertisement on August 14, 2014.
