This is in reference to the advertisement published on website on 5th June 2020 for empanelment the post of Data Entry Operator (Graduate) purely on contractual outsourced basis.

As per Govt. of India, Ministry of Communications, Department of Post, Circular No:30-01/2020-D (Pt.2)              date 10/6/2020 , there are “ Restrictions on booking of mail in/for both Delhi/Mumbai will remain in effect till further orders” due to COVID -19.

The clause “Last Date of submission of ‘Application Form’ along  with Demand Draft by speed post/registered post is 02/07/2020” may be ignored and read as “The candidate has now to submit the following details through an email-id recruitment.deo@icsil.in by 2nd July 2020 failing which candidature will be cancelled
