This is in reference to the advertisement published on 10th May 2022 regarding Engagement of Retired Govt Officers on contract basis, applicants are hereby informed that: –
- Since the Year Column of Online Job Portal doesn’t support DOB entry beyond year 1965, therefore all eligible candidates meeting the criteria between minimum age limit of 58 years and maximum age limit of 62 years are requested to fill their DOB accordingly in online application form. However actual DOB may be written in Remarks column, Also, at the time of document verification they will write actual DOB in the physical form too.
- The said advertisement is for 2 different posts viz Job Id 405 for Sr. Supervisor (Manpower/Staff welfare) and Job Id 406 for Manager (Contract/material management) but inadvertently at the time of posting the advertisement a single link i.e. Job Id 405 was created. Applicants for the post of Assistant Manager (Contract/material management) who have already applied against Job Id 405 may please re-apply against Job Id 406.
- Candidates whose applications are not meeting eligibility criteria and who apply for posts other than above said Job Ids 405, 406 will be straightaway rejected without assigning any notice against this advertisement.
